Located in a serene atmosphere at Pirangut, Taluka Mulshi. Dist Pune, the factory was established in 1998.

We specialise in 'Precision Injection Moulding' of engineering plastic materials like Nylon, Delrin, PBT, Noryl, Glass filled PP, GF Nylon, Polycarbonate, Acrylic, ABS, etc., where dimensional accuracy and consistency is important.

We have state of the art Injection Moulding machines from LTM–Demag which are fully microprocessor controlled with digital hydraulics which ensures consistency in weight and dimensions. The machines are equipped with Hopper Drier from Motan.

The machine capacities are 85/100T and 150 T with maximum shot capacity of 140 grams and 226 grams respectively in Polystyrene.

Overhead crane of 2 T, and  a mould heating unit from Regloplas of Switzerland completes all the equipment needed for a good moulding shop.

We can repair or rectify moulds and our workshop is equipped with Turnmaster 35 Kirloskar Lathe, a drilling machine of 19 mm capacity and general workshop instruments. Any other machining required, we can get it done from outside. There are good engineering workshops around Pirangut and some jobs we get done in the city.

Our staff is well versed with our machines and the materials we use, and can handle production problems effectively. We have necessary tools and gauges to ensure the required tolerances right from the start of production.

Our list of current customers include Legrand India, Spirax Marshall, H Fillunger, Sardesai Auto, Carline Auto, Gauri Engineering, etc. Some of the products of these company are exported which speaks for our quality.

The Managing Director, H.L. Sathe, has over 30 years of experience in the moulding line as well as moulds. A visit to our factory will convince you of our capability. The factory is located outside the octroi limits of  Pune.
